Premier League Tips – 2-3 April
This week our Premier League tips come from the Potteries as Stoke welcome Swansea and from the Midlands as bottom side Aston Villa take on Chelsea.
Premier League Betting Tips
Aston Villa (6.00) v Chelsea (1.53); Draw (4.00)
Aston Villa’s season plunged into further crisis as Remi Garde became the second manager to leave the club this season, after winning just two matches during his tenure.
The Frenchman was thrust into an abysmal situation at Villa Park, with the former Lyon manager failing to make any kind of impact at the free-falling club.
Visitors Chelsea have been knocked out of the Champions League by PSG for the second consecutive year and eliminated from the FA Cup by Everton, but an away trip to Villa Park should see Guus Hiddink’s side return back to winning ways.
Chelsea like Aston Villa will be looking towards next season, but the visitors have more than enough quality to comfortably dispatch their opponents in the early kick off on Saturday.

Chelsea to win @1.53
Stoke (2.10) v Swansea (3.80); Draw (3.10)
Stoke City were dealt a massive blow during the international break, with Jack Butland sidelined for the rest of the season.
Stoke have won three of the last four meetings against Swansea at the Britannia Stadiium and boast a strong head-to-head record over the Welsh side, which stretches back to 2001.
Visitors Swansea have picked up some form at a crucial stage of the season with three victories from their last four games to pull themselves way from the relegation fight, but the Swans will be weary of their record away from the Liberty Stadium, which has seen them average just under one point a game away from home.
Stoke will be keen to build on their win away at Vicarage Road and finish the season on a high and Mark Hughes’ side provide good betting value to pick up all three points this weekend.
