Weeked Football Tips 18-19 February
German league leaders Borussia Dortmund lie just two points ahead of rivals Bayern Munich and BVB will have to maintain their winning form in the Bundesliga if they are to remain at the top by the end of the weekend.
Borussia Dortmund have won five games on the bounce and the trip to the Olympic Stadium to face Hertha Berlin, should not hold much fear for Jurgen Klopp’s side who have the best away record in the league. Dortmund have scored 11 goals in their last three away games with Shinji Kagawa, Kevin Grosskreutz and Robert Lewandowski all contributing well in recent weeks.
Hertha conversely have the worst home record in the Bundesliga and are in poor form losing their last four consecutive games and league leaders Dortmund should have too much for their opponents on Saturday.

Surprise package Borussia Monchengladbach continue to be underrated and undervalued in the betting markets and Lucien Favre’s side reinforced their title aspirations last time out with a comfortable 3-0 win over fourth placed Schalke at Borussia-Park.
Whilst a large part of Borussia Monchengladbach’s success has come at Borussia-Park where they remain unbeaten, the German title challengers have won half of their games on the road this season.
Opponents Kaiserslautern have not won in the league since October, a run that has seen Die roten Teufel winless in 11 games. Goals are the biggest issue with Kaiserslautern having the worst goals record in the league with just 15 goals. At the Fritz-Walter-Stadion Kaiserslautern have only once managed to score more than one goal at home and title challengers Borussia Monchengladbach should at least pick up a point and keep themselves in the race for the Bundesliga title.
