Another thrilling North London derby was played out midweek as Tottenham came from 3-1 down to secure a 3-3 draw against Arsenal and keep their Champions League qualification hopes alive. Spurs can provisionally jump to fourth ahead of Manchester City, but know that opponents West Brom are a difficult challenge.

Six of Tottenham’s last eight games have finished with at least 3 goals, although the two games that did fall short of this mark were sandwiched between Harry Redknapp’s Champions League adventure with AC Milan and Real Madrid.  Both teams have scored in West Brom’s last 8 games, 6 of which have been over 2.5 goals and with  Tottenham chasing Champions League qualification, goals look more likely than not in Saturday’s 3 o’clock game.

Arsenal face Bolton on Saturday knowing they desperately need to start turning some of their draws into wins if they harbour any hope of overthrowing Manchester United for the Premiership title. Arsenal are unbeaten in the Premier League this year, but have drawn half of their games in that run. The Gunners have actually scored more goals away from the Emirates this season but the Reebok Stadium is a tough place to pick up three points with the Trotters losing only twice all season.

Bolton play for the first time since the 5-0 demolition by Stoke in the FA Cup semi-final. Daniel Sturridge returns, which is a huge plus for Owen Coyle’s team as the on-loan Chelsea striker has been in terrific goalscoring form since his arrival. Bolton do have goals in them, especially at the Reebok and with Arsenal fighting for the title and Bolton desperate to bounce back, this game should have goals with two teams with points to prove.
