Premiership Betting Tips 19th & 20th March

Arsenal are now only competing on one front this season, after being defeated and eliminated from 3 competitions in as many weeks. This weekend the Gunners travel to the Hawthorn’s to take on a Baggies side that have been somewhat rejuvenated under Roy Hodgson.

West Brom have only lost once in their last 6 games and that was to Manchester City. Just like in his time at Fulham, Roy is looking to build a foundation and resilience in the side and have fought back late on with goals from Arsenal’s Carlos Vela in recent weeks, although the Mexican will be ineligible on Saturday. Arsenal have a tremendous half time record away from the Emirates and have been in front at the break in 7 out of the last 8 away games. Arsenal will want to bounce back from their recent disappointments and come flying out the blocks.

Arsenal Half Time @2.30

Additional Tip: Arsenal HT/Draw FT @15.00

Life without Darren Bent is proving difficult for Sunderland, but having Danny Welbeck return to action will have given Steve Bruce’s boys a big lift. The Black Cat’s however are a team that are very much on the slide. Sunderland have won only once  in their last 7 matches and that was at Blackpool.

Liverpool are on a steady run of form with Kenny Dalglish losing only once in their last 8 games. Liverpool really missed the quality and creativity of Uruguayan Luis Suarez as they were dumped out of the Europa League by Braga on Thursday.

There has been no draw in this fixture in 7 head to head encounters in the Premiership and Liverpool should be considered more likely than Sunderland to come away with a positive result.

Liverpool 0AH (Asian Handicap) @2.05
