Premier League Tips – 2-3 March

There is a huge weekend ahead in the Premier League, with the ‘Big Six’ involved in games which could have a huge impact on how the rest of the season unfolds.

Sportingly Better takes a look the Premier League betting action across a busy weekend of English football.

The north London derby takes centre stage on Saturday, as Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal go head-to-head at Wembley Stadium in the lunchtime kick-off.

Spurs’ title hopes were dealt a big blow with their recent defeat at Burnley and they now appear to be playing for third place at best.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side will be eager to banish the memories of their most recent meeting with their North London rivals.

The Gunners ran out 4-2 winners at the Emirates Stadium back in December, their second victory in their last three league clashes with Spurs.

With both sides desperate for points to keep themselves in the running for a top four finish, plenty of punters will be eager to use the William Hill promo code 2019 offer to back a draw at odds of 14/5.

Elsewhere on Saturday, reigning champions Manchester City look a banker bet to pick up three points at Bournemouth.

The two sides have met on 13 previous occasions in the league, with City winning 11 and drawing two of those games.

They have reeled off seven wins in a row since Bournemouth were promoted to the Premier League, scoring 24 goals and conceding just three.

Manchester United will also be confident of victory when they face Southampton at Old Trafford. The Red Devils have lost just two of their last 20 meetings with Southampton in all competitions and they look a good bet to extend that run this weekend.

The highlight of Sunday’s fixtures is undoubtedly the clash at Goodison Park between Everton and Liverpool.

The Toffees have had a wretched run against their local rivals in recent years, with their last victory coming back in October 2010.

Liverpool have gone 18 games unbeaten against Everton since then, but Marco Silva’s side would love nothing more than to derail the Reds’ title challenge.

Top four hopefuls Chelsea are also in action on Sunday as they make the short trip to Craven Cottage to face Fulham.

The Blues haven’t been beaten by Fulham since 2006, winning 11 and drawing seven of their subsequent meetings.

Chelsea recorded a 2-0 victory when the two sides met at Stamford Bridge back in December and they look one of the most solid Premier League tips this weekend.
