International Betting Accumulator – 10 September

Two from three was the return in our international accumulator bet on Friday, with the Czech Republic’s defeat at home to Armenia the only leg that scuppered our 3.38 accumulator betting slip.

Selections from the European section of the World Cup qualifiers and Tuesday’s international friendlies make up the bets for this week’s football accumulator tips coupon on Sportingly Better, returning odds of 4.20.

Accumulator Tips

Spain (1.40) v Chile (8.00); Draw (4.500)

World and European champions Spain face a stern test in Geneva on Tuesday, as Chile travel to Switzerland.

Vicente Del Bosque’s side have only failed to score in two of their 12 matches in 2013, despite failing to field a recognised striker for most of the calendar year. Barcelona’s Cesc Fabregas looks set to be the furthest player up front for la Roja, despite Roberto Soldado’s club form for Tottenham.

Opponents Chile are playing arguably some of the best football on the international stage at the moment and Jorge Sampaoli’s side will be keen to continue their goalscoring habit after firing in 12 goals in their last three international appearances.

The last two meetings between the two sides have seen both teams scoring and Tuesday’s international showpiece in Geneva should see the same happening again.

Italy (1.57) v Czech Republic (7.00); Draw (4.00)

European Championship runners up Italy stand on the brink of qualification for the 2014 FIFA World Cup after a 1-0 victory over Bulgaria on Friday.

The Azzurri welcome back strikers Mario Balotelli and Pablo Osvaldo from suspension, with both forwards expected to come straight in to Cesare Prandelli’s starting line up.

Visitors Czech Republic stumbled to a surprise 2-1 defeat against Armenia on Friday; to open up a surprise four-way battle for Group B’s play-off place.

Italy can qualify for next year’s World Cup with victory in Turin and the Azzurri should produce another professional and efficient performance to maintain their 100% record at home in the qualifiers.

Belarus (7.50) v France (1.55); Draw (4.00)

France continued to fall off the pace of group leaders Spain, following a 0-0 draw against Georgia on Friday.

Didier Deschamps’ side have failed to score in their last two matches in the group with Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema having played over 20 hours of football for les Bleus without scoring.

France could be without key wide-man Franck Ribery, but Deschamps is unlikely to veer away from his recently preferred 4-4-2 formation for les Bleus.

Hosts Belarus prop up the table after just one victory in their opening six World Cup qualifiers, but Georgi Kontradiev can at least call upon a fully-fit squad against the 1998 World Cup winners.

Belarus lost 3-1 in the reverse fixture almost a year ago and despite France’s sketchy form, the visitors should come away with a narrow victory on Tuesday.
