Fantasy Football Tips – Gameweek 26

Chelsea’s Eden Hazard was the highest point scorer in Gameweek 25, after scoring his first hat-trick for the Blues.

Elsewhere Raheem Sterling scored twice as Liverpool thrashed Arsenal 5-1 and Tom Ince scored on his debut for Crystal Palace as Tony Pulis’ side defeated West Brom 3-1 at Selhurst Park.

Sportingly Better picks out the best fantasy football tips for Gameweek 26, as Arsenal host Manchester United.

Captain Choices

Luis Suarez (LIV)

Luis Suarez picked up his fourth consecutive assist in the Premier League, as Liverpool moved to within six points of league leaders Arsenal.

The Uruguay international was unlucky not to add to Saturday’s 5-1 scoreline at Anfield, after striking the post and forcing Wojciech Szczęsny into a fine save from a long-range free kick.

Suarez has only scored once in the last four gameweeks, but the Liverpool striker did score a brace in the reverse fixture with Fulham earlier on in the season.

Opponents Fulham have conceded at least two goals in each of their last five matches in the Premier League and Liverpool’s talismanic striker will be hopeful of returning to the scoresheet on Wednesday.

Eden Hazard (CHE)

Eden Hazard grabbed his first ever hat-trick for Chelsea, as the Blues defeated Newcastle 3-0 at Stamford Bridge.

The Belgium international has already eclipsed last season’s tally of nine goals and with 13 games left to play in the Premier League, Hazard could realistically reach 20 goals for Jose Mourinho’s title-chasing side.

Hazard was on target in the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge and with opponents West Brom having kept just one clean sheet in their last 15 matches, Hazard looks set to again show why he is emerging as Chelsea’s main man this season.

Transfer Tips

Daniel Sturridge (LIV) – £9.9m

Daniel Sturridge scored for the fifth match in a row, as Liverpool demonstrated their attacking power against Arsenal at Anfield.

The England international has largely overshadowed strike partner Luis Suarez in recent weeks, scoring six goals and picking up 10 bonus points since returning from injury almost a month ago.

Opponents Fulham have the worst defensive record in the division and the Premier League’s most in-form player looks likely to continue his goalscoring run at Craven Cottage on Wednesday.

Adrian (WHU) – £4.4m

Adrian picked up his third clean sheet in a row, as West Ham secured a vital victory away at relegation rivals Aston Villa.

The Spanish goalkeeper has missed just two of the Hammers last nine matches in the Premier League since ousting Jussi Jaaskelainen from the first team and another clean sheet could be on the cards this week.

Opponents Norwich have failed to score in three of their last five matches in the Premier League and Sam Allardyce’s resurgent side will be confident of keeping the Canaries at bay on Tuesday.

Adam Lallana (SOU) – £8.0m

Highlighted in last week’s fantasy football tips, Southampton midfielder Adam Lallana continued his fine run of form for the Saints by picking up his seventh assist of the season.

The England international picked up 12 points in the reverse fixture with Hull back in November and the midfielder will be hopeful of scoring his eighth league goal for Mauricio Pochettino’s side on Tuesday.

Opponents Hull have kept just one clean sheet in their last five matches in the Premier League and Southampton’s key midfielder looks on course to continue his good run of form at Hull.
