Football Accumulator Tips – 18-21 April

Selections from the Championship, La Liga and the Football League make up the bets for this weekend’s football accumulator tips on Sportingly Better, returning odds of 5.77.

Football Accumulator Tips

Bournemouth (1.75) v Sheffield Wednesday (5.00); Draw (3.90)

Play-off hopefuls Bournemouth will be looking to quickly get back to winning ways, with Sheffield Wednesday the visitors to the Goldsands Stadium on Friday.

The Cherries’ 1-1 draw with Yeovil last weekend ended a five game winning streak, but at home and Eddie Howe’s side have lost only one of their last 11 matches.

Top scorer Lewis Grabban is a doubt with a groin injury, whilst Harry Arter is suspended but a win for Bournemouth could move the club into the play-offs.

Opponents Sheffield Wednesday are without a win in four games, but last Sunday’s 3-3 draw with Blackburn illustrated the Owls attacking return under Stuart Gray in recent weeks.

Bournemouth have never lost to Sheffield Wednesday at home and that run looks set to continue as the south coast side make a late push for a play-off place.

Chesterfield (1.65) v Exeter(6.00); Draw (4.00)

Chesterfield will be looking to keep their League Two title hopes alive, with Exeter the visitors on Friday.

The hosts are unbeaten in 15 games at the Proact Stadium, so betting odds of 1.65 on the home win are sure to entice against one of League Two’s struggling sides.

Chesterfield boss Paul Cook has no new injury concerns ahead of the match, with the Spirities looking to build on their win away at Hartlepool as the club chase the League Two title.

Opponents Exeter picked up a valuable point at home to Cheltenham last time out, but Paul Tisdale’s side may find the going much tougher at the Proact Stadium this weekend.

Rayo Vallecano (2.00) v Real Betis (3.75); Draw (3.40)

Rayo Vallecano will be looking to wrap up their La Liga status this weekend, with rock-bottom side Real Betis the visitors to the Campo de Fútbol de Vallecas on Sunday.

The hosts have won each of their last four matches in Madrid and a fifth successive victory at home would take the side towards the brink of a top-half finish.

Opponents Real Betis remain 10 points adrift from safety and last weekend’s defeat at home to Sevilla was the club’s third loss on the bounce.

Real Betis have failed to win 19 of their last 20 matches in La Liga and Rayo Vallecano’s home successes should continue on Sunday.
