FA Cup Fourth Round – Betting Tips

Sunderland have lost just once in their last 6 games in the league, winning 4 matches and manager Martin O’Neill has hit the ground running since his appointment in December.

FA Cup fourth round opponents are local rivals Middlesbrough and Boro have lost their last 3 games in the Football League Championship, conceding a total of 8 goals and worryingly lost to bottom side Coventry City by 3 goals to 1 last time out. Middlesbrough only narrowly beat Shrewsbury in the third round and the trip to the Stadium Light is an altogether different test.

Martin O’Neill may rotate his squad slightly for Sunday’s north-east derby, but Sunderland should continue their momentum and progress to the fifth round of the FA cup.
