Premiership Football Tips
Arsenal (1.28) v West Brom (13.00); Draw (6.00)
Arsenal remain on the brink of Champions League qualification, after easing to a 3-0 victory over Newcastle last weekend.
The Gunners have bounced back from a 3-0 defeat against fellow Champions League hopefuls Everton, by scoring three goals in each of their last three games in the Premier League.
Arsene Wenger’s side have been top of the Premier League this season for more days than any other side, but a spell on the sidelines to midfielders Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey has proved detrimental, with the duo returning to feature in Arsenal’s mini-renaissance over the last few weeks.
Arsenal have Theo Walcott, Keiran Gibbs and Jack Wilshere on the sidelines, whilst Bacary Sagna and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are also expected to miss out on Sunday.
The Gunners have not lost any of their last 17 matches at the Emirates Stadium, a record that looks set to continue for the visit of West Brom who have lost five of their last six matches away at Arsenal.
Opponents West Brom secured a potentially priceless victory last time out, as a goal from Saido Berahino gave Pepe Mel’s side all three points.
The Baggies haven’t won back-to-back league matches since September, a repeat that looks unlikely to materialise given the visitors’ slight cushion of four points and remaining fixtures in the Premier League.
A win for Arsenal would guarantee the Gunners Champions League football next season and the home side should pick up another sizable win against Pepe Mel’s strugglers on Sunday.

Arsenal-1.5 Asian Handicap @1.775
Manchester United (1.36) v Sunderland (8.50); Draw (5.75)
Ryan Giggs will be looking to win his second game as interim coach of Manchester United, following a comfortable 4-0 win over Norwich last time out.
The Red Devils are likely to be without Wayne Rooney for Saturday’s game at Old Trafford, but marksman Robin van Persie could return to feature in some way this weekend.
Manchester United have won seven of their last eight matches against Sunderland in all competitions, whilst their record against sides in the bottom half of the table (W15, D2, L1) is actually the best in the division.
Opponents Sunderland are aiming to win three league games in a row for the first time this season, after goals from Connor Wickham, Emmanuel Giaccherini and Fabio Borini secured the Black Cats a convincing win over Cardiff.
Gus Poyet’s side have moved out of the relegation zone on goal difference, but it’s Sunderland’s games against West Brom and Swansea later in the month that look likely to decide the north east club’s future in the top flight.
Premier League Player of the Month Connor Wickham remains a threat for the visitors however, after scoring five goals in just three appearances for Sunderland.
Interim coach Ryan Giggs has doubled Manchester United’s training sessions this week and that dedication and drive should see the Red Devils secure another morale-boosting victory against what could be tricky opponents.
